Four servings • 10 minutes to prepare

Note: Items in photo may be slightly different than recipe.

Tofu smoothies are a nice, high protein way to start the day. They take just minutes to prepare and can make use of just about any fruit or juice you have in the kitchen. You can also use frozen fruit and omit the ice.

  1. Mmm, I am totally in love with smoothies, and crazy about strawberries, but haven’t tried a smoothie with tofu so far! Thanks for sharing this!

  2. Where do I find the nutritional composition for each recipe? That’s why I signed up, so I can have this information instead of manually calculating it myself. Web site circuclarly indicates “sign in” to see nutritional info; I’m signed in and can’t find it.
