I’m down right smitten with this Superfood Smoothie book. I can’t stop making them, and every one I make I love even more than the one I made before. The love just doesn’t stop. The recipe I’m going to share with you today is the current reigning supreme all-time favorite smoothie in our house. Don’t take this lightly—we make a lot of smoothies here. I am so freaking impressed with how good these things are, and they’re super healthy to boot. This Carrot Dreamsicle is packed with protein, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin A and so much more. I’m inclined to believe I’ll live forever with the radiant skin of a twenty year old if I drink these everyday. It could happen.
Give these a whirl this week and let me know what you think. You’re gonna love them.
