- Fruit: blueberries, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, dried cranberries, raisins
- Extras: hemp seeds, flax seed meal, chia seeds, dried coconut
- Nuts: sliced almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds
1/2 cup oats or muesli
1 cup non-dairy yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
1 orange, freshly squeezed
Add oats (or muesli), yogurt, blueberries and orange juice to a mason jar. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
You can add a splash of non-dairy milk in the morning, if your overnight muesli has gotten too thick.
