I’ve never worked with tempeh before, so I’m not sure how to make the crumbles in step 1. Do I just break it apart with a wooden spoon while it’s in the pan? Is the stove on while I break it apart? Thanks!

Hey Lauren! I usually crumble it up with my hands into a bowl before I put it in the pan. Good luck!
