- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 6 oz. silken tofu (half a box)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the tofu and fruit until smooth, gradually adding the coconut milk or coconut water to loosen the mixture. Add the chia seeds and continue to blend until smooth.
