Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 6 oz. silken tofu (half a box)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the tofu and fruit until smooth, gradually adding the coconut milk or coconut water to loosen the mixture. Add the chia seeds and continue to blend until smooth.
