Description

Hydrating and detoxifying, thanks to cucumber and lemon, this super green smoothie will kickstart your metabolism in the morning or give you a natural boost of energy in the afternoon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • ½ avocado, pit removed
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 large orange, peeled
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 granny smith apple, cored and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add a few ice cubes to the mix if you like your smoothies extra cold.
