Description

This is the spicy wing sauce most commonly used to make cauliflower wings. It's a classic! I used Frank's RedHot sauce but you can use your favorite hot sauce.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine the hot sauce, olive oil, vegan Worcestershire sauce, and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
  2. Continue to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, until the sauce reduces and thickens slightly. Remove from heat and toss with a third of the cauliflower wings. Bake the wings as directed above.
