Description
This is the spicy wing sauce most commonly used to make cauliflower wings. It's a classic! I used Frank's RedHot sauce but you can use your favorite hot sauce.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup hot sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine the hot sauce, olive oil, vegan Worcestershire sauce, and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
- Continue to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, until the sauce reduces and thickens slightly. Remove from heat and toss with a third of the cauliflower wings. Bake the wings as directed above.
