This chocolate raspberry smoothie recipe has the added benefit of protein powder and loads of fiber from the raspberries. You can pick up a vegan variety at your local health food store.
- 1½ cup almond milk
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ cup sprouts, such as broccoli or alfalfa
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 scoops vegan protein powder
- Whirl all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more liquid until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
