    Ingredients You'll Need:

    1. Peaches: Choose ripe, juicy peaches for the best flavor. You'll need just 1 good medium-sized peach for every 4 popsicles.

    Ingredients

    Units Scale
    • 1 ripe peach
    • 1 (6-oz [170-g]) container vanilla coconut milk yogurt
    • ¼ cup (60 ml) water
    • Fresh basil or mint, optional

    Instructions

    1. Cut the peach into quarters, and discard the pit.
    2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into popsicle molds to freeze.
    3. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
