This is the easiest vegan hot chocolate recipe ever and far and away better than anything from a packet. The key here is the chocolate. I like to find a really good quality vegan dark chocolate bar. Smash it up and use that. Vegan chocolate chips work well too.

- ¼ cup chocolate, this can be chips or a broken up bar
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Bring the nondairy milk, chocolate, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and whisk until frothy. Serve immediately.

Doh! Thanks for that! I'll update the recipe. I ended up leaving the sugar out entirely. I thought it was sweet enough just with the chocolate.
