I’m down right smitten with this Superfood Smoothie book. I can’t stop making them, and every one I make I love even more than the one I made before. The love just doesn’t stop. The recipe I’m going to share with you today is the current reigning supreme all-time favorite smoothie in our house. Don’t take this lightly—we make a lot of smoothies here. I am so impressed with how good these things are, and they’re super healthy to boot. This Carrot Dreamsicle is packed with protein, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin A and so much more. I’m inclined to believe I’ll live forever with the radiant skin of a twenty year old if I drink these everyday. It could happen.
Give these a whirl this week and let me know what you think. You’re gonna love them.

Where do you get carrot juice?
Katie Koteen
You can find it at Trader Joes or most health food stores with the other fresh juices. Hope that helps!

I have not shared the exact recipe, only one image from here, a small quote and all credits given to you and linked back to this page.
I would love it if you came and checked it out.
Have a fantastic day!
