They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And you know what? I couldn’t agree more. We all know that eating breakfast is crucial for a sharp mind and strong body. But for me, there’s also a comforting aspect to having a morning ritual. I love waking up and making coffee, cooking a warm meal, and sitting down with a good book before the craziness of the day sets in. This is especially true when it’s cold outside. In fact, the thought of putting warm food in my body is often the only thing that entices me out of the cozy cocoon of my bed.
If you recently switched to a vegan meal plan, you may be completely lost as to what you can eat for breakfast. After all, most traditional breakfast foods are made of meat, eggs, and dairy. What’s a vegan to do? We’re happy to report that there are lots of delicious vegan breakfasts you can make that will give you the energy boost you need to start your day. Plus, eating a vegan breakfast will make you more motivated to stick with a plant-based diet throughout the afternoon and evening. Score!
