This Strawberry Banana Tofu Smoothie is a nice, high protein way to start the day. It takes just minutes to prepare and can make use of just about any fruit or juice you have in the kitchen. You can also use frozen fruit and omit the ice.

Granted I added blueberries and grapes and then substituted the maple syrup with honey, it still turned out fantastic! I can't even taste the tofu at all. Thanks!

Just made this, and it's delicious! The tofu doesn't alter flavor! I will be having this as my go-to smoothie! Thanks for sharing!

Hi April! The tofu is so perfect in this - high protein and almost undetectable 🙂 Glad you like it!

Where do I find the nutritional composition for each recipe? That's why I signed up, so I can have this information instead of manually calculating it myself. Web site circuclarly indicates "sign in" to see nutritional info; I'm signed in and can't find it.

Mmm, I am totally in love with smoothies, and crazy about strawberries, but haven't tried a smoothie with tofu so far! Thanks for sharing this!
