    bagel sandwich this recipe

For a tasty breakfast or an easy lunch, the bagel sandwich is not to be missed! It's crunchy, creamy and healthy. Our favorite minimally processed and superbly spreadable cream cheese comes from Kite Hill. The chive variety is amazing.

And if you're looking for a challenge, check out our post on making your own bagels! It's easier than it sounds and the results are worth it.

Here are a few other ideas for great bagel sandwich toppings:

    • spinach
    • arugula
    • caramelized onions
    • cucumbers
    • pesto
    • sun dried tomatoes
    • avocado
    • sesame seeds
    • fresh dill

Wow! That sounds really good! I was looking for more things to put on my breakfast bagels. I like a hearty breakfast : ) love vegan cream cheese! Taste just like the original. And since I don't eat eggs or cheese anymore. This is a much healthier and economical option.

Just make sure to check nutritional facts if you eat a lot of the substitute products. Like Tofurky sauseges and stuff. Still really good, and better for you, but make sure to eat a lot of veggies and other stuff. And opt for baked lays if you're going to eat potato chips, as they're still vegan too. Within moderation 🙂

Bim, vegans do not eat meat, poultry, fish, dairy (no cheese, no cream, no milk, etc.), eggs, or honey. We still eat flour. Veganism does help quite a lot of people lose weight. I remember reading a story about a woman who lost 159 pounds after going vegan. We do not consider it a 'diet' - we consider it a life changing choice that takes a stance against animal cruelty.
